Set out criteria of acceptable bookings - Only couples or singles, no big family groups, or whatever is your preference. We will then stick to this criteria. It is not practical to consult with you on every booking but we need to discuss fully your preferred do's and don'ts. ( automated booking systems do not give you this element of control).

Landlord Direct will create your own personal availability & payment page which can then be linked to your Glaven Valley adverts. Your booking calendar will automatically update the booking calendars shown on your Glaven Valley web listings.

We have an online / email booking system, and we take payments over the phone by card payment

We use the best of technology to speed up our booking systems using a carefully designed email delivery of the documentation required, but we still insist on taking payments in person over the phone, this helps to verify the identity of the guests booking with us.

 

 

We are a properly registered letting agent carrying Client Money Protection Insurance, now a legal requirement for all letting agents, so client monies are legally covered and protected.

 We then send payment and a statement of account to our holiday let owners on a monthly basis.
