- Collect copies of I.D. and other documentation for tenant's reference.
- Our Standard Tenancy Agreement is issued to your prospective tenants for signature.
- Schedule of permitted payments sent to prospective tenants.
- Prospective tenants sent Data Protection form to sign.
- Prospective tenants sent a bank standing order form for monthly rent payments due.
- Instructions to pay the first months rent and Tenancy Deposit directly to the landlord chosen bank account.
- Check List given to Landlord to make sure they give the prospective tenants the prescribed information about their property now required by law.
