Advertise your rental property, then carry out tenant reference/s , Right to Rent checks, and make sure that our landlords serve all the various prescribed information now required by letting legislation. We  will then proceed to arrange for a an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement to be signed, and set up payments due for rent and the Tenancy Deposit:

• Tenant Right To Rent Check – legal requirement
• Tenant Credit Check (up to 2 references included, additional referencing at £20 per applicant)
• Proof of tenant's past residency in U.K.
• Tenant reference from a previous landlord if applicable.
• Employers Reference for tenant
