Landlord Direct is here to make sure our clients let their properties in line with current regulations , and our friendly staff liaise with landlords throughout the process. Advertise your rental property, then carry out tenant reference/s , Right to Rent checks, and make sure that our landlords serve all the various prescribed information now required by letting legislation. We will then proceed to arrange for a an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement to be signed, and set up payments due for rent and the Tenancy Deposit:
- Tenant Right To Rent Check – legal requirement
- Tenant Credit Check (up to 2 references included, additional referencing at £20 per applicant)
- Proof of tenant's past residency in U.K.
- Tenant reference from a previous landlord if applicable.
- Employers Reference for tenant
- Collect copies of I.D. and other documentation for tenant's reference.
- Our Standard Tenancy Agreement is issued to your prospective tenants for signature.
- Schedule of permitted payments sent to prospective tenants.
- Prospective tenants sent Data Protection form to sign.
- Prospective tenants sent a bank standing order form for monthly rent payments due.
- Instructions to pay the first months rent and Tenancy Deposit directly to the landlord chosen bank account.
- Check List given to Landlord to make sure they give the prospective tenants the prescribed information now required by law
